Is Tyrion Lannister a Targaryen?

Even when it comes to Game Of Thrones, there are some strange fan theories. Especially after the twist that Jon Snow is the son of Prince Rhaegar Targaryen in the series, the other characters secretly belong to other clans. So Tyrion is one of the characters who had such doubts from the beginning, and then when a fan theory was formed, it was influenced by this.
Tyrion Lannister is the youngest son of Tywin Lannister as shown in the series and the five books that have come out so far. But according to this theory, Tyrion is not a member of the Lannister clan. He belongs to the Targaryen clan.
It has been clearly stated in several places that Aerys Targaryen aka Mad King Tywin's wife Joanna Lannister was willing. Also, it was heard that Aris had a sexual interest in Joanna from a young age.
So before Joanna got pregnant, she went on a trip to Kingslanding. So this is one reason to doubt whether this theory is correct.
Another thing is Tywin's unusual hatred of Tyrion. Tywin always tried to hurt Tyrion with a word. It seems that Joanna's death while giving birth to Tyrion and Tyrion's nature caused him to hate Tywin so much, but this theory reads that the reason for this hatred, which only Tywin knows, is Tyrion's true lineage.
Usually Lannisters have golden hair, but Tyrion has white silver hair. Do you know who has hair like that? To the Targaryens.
When it comes to GoT, there is a prophecy of a three-headed dragon. According to that prophecy, this theory predicts that Tyrion is also one dragon's head.
This was taken care of by the series of suspenseful scenes. One such place I saw was where Tyrion had imprisoned Rhaegar and Viserys and put them to sleep with chains. In general, dragons are less tame like this for the average person. But they soon tamed Tyrion and let him loose his chains. But because the dragons are a group of intelligent animals, because they needed freedom here, it is possible that the two of them were calm here in front of Tyrion.
So there are many more points that try to prove that this fan theory is correct.
Anyway, this is still just a fan theory. The series ended without making this a topic. But Martin books can bring this thing. But if such a twist is made, I doubt that it will not be a problem for the dynamic of these characters.
